This is an an easy read version of the take home wallchart, in a leaflet format, that can be used for people with low literacy levels or where English is not their first language. Zip folder contains:

The take-home wallchart is a resource for mums, parents and carers to use at home with helpful tips on weaning and a timeline to help with the process showing what might be happening at different stages between the ages of 6-12+ months.
USAGE RIGHTS - All resources can be used indefinitely for non-paid for print, PR, social media and digital use. If the resources are to be used in paid advertising, usage is agreed until January 2024.
