  • Understand the importance of exercise
  • Understand how physical activity affects the body in the short term, as well as improving their sense of personal wellbeing
  • Understand that physical activity can help them grow into healthy adults

In the classroom

Change4Life has partnered with Disney to inspire children to get active and make exercise fun using the connection that kids have with Disney stories and characters.

This pack includes:

  • Teacher’s resource booklet
  • Wall chart
  • Activity cards
  • Blank 10 Minute Shake Up cards
  • 10 Minute Shake Up clue sheet

Use the Shake Up cards to break up the day and get children energised for the next lesson.

Great to use as a ‘quick fix’ for getting active and as a resource to help increase concentration.
