Learning objectives

After watching this film pupils can:

  • find out how much sugar, saturated fat and salt is in their food and drink
  • compare different products based on their nutritional content
  • use all of this information to make healthier choices

This short film will introduce pupils to the idea that different food and drink contain varying amounts of sugar, saturated fat and salt.
