The Disney themed Change4Life 10 Minute Shake Up games take-home pack is full of fun games to get kids moving over the summer holidays and discover which Disney character they're most like.

And for a way to further boost students' physical activity, use the accompanying PowerPoint to encourage them to think creatively and design their own Shake Up game, based on their favourite Disney character. Pupils can then take their Shake Up home, along with the their activity pack, to play with their family and friends.
