What can I do if I think a child is overweight?

Generally, it's recommended you report this to your school nurse who will advise you on what to do next. If your school doesn't have a nurse, speak to your headteacher instead.

Year 6

Tackling the subject of eating and exercise habits with year 6 students can be tricky, but it's never too late to make healthy lifestyle changes. Use this year to help older kids build on the habits they need for secondary school and for life.
